A builder identified as Joseph Kizito a resident of Nalugala Garuga off Kampala-Entebbe highway is cursing life behind bars after he was arrested over torturing his 6 year old daughter identified as Susan Christine. Mpala Police cops arrested the crazy man on Friday after they were tipped off by close neighbors who could no longer keep quiet over the matter. The deadly man has been torturing the little girl to the point of death. He has been feeding her on lashes for breakfast, lunch and supper and pouring hot water on her in addition to locking her in the house minus giving her anything to put in her tummy. The little girl’s mum abandoned her marital home after the deadly man threatened to finish her off with a knife. Her whereabouts aren’t known. But the cruel man has been telling the little girl false stories that her mum run mad and disappeared from the home. The ruthless man was charged with child Abuse at Mpala Police station under case Ref. 18/01/10/15. The little girl has never been to school and she is crying out to any Good Samaritan to rescue her from her agony and pain. OC Mpala police station Kitaka Sulait vowed to take the deadly man to court to pay for his sins.
