Singer Sheebah Karungi has hit hard at a section of journalists that have over the years castigated her on their respective platforms.
During the just-concluded press conference at Victoria University on Monday, Bukedde Tv journalists Josephat Sseguya and Simo ‘Omunene’ Maseruka grilled Sheebah Karungi.
Upon her arrival at the pressor, Simo, questioned Sheebah why she flaunted the bag that had filthy wordings despite being the Victoria University brand ambassador.
When Sseguya grabbed the mic, he had no kind words for Sheebah, as he revealed that after her music battle with Cindy Sany, her career would be no more.
Sheebah retaliated by telling Sseguya how he had failed himself before pleading with him to sit down because the press conference wasn’t his.
Sheebah went on to tell Cindy to find her at their music battle at Kololo in September before exiting the press conference prematurely.
In a later interview with NBS, Sheebah was questioned why she unexpectedly left the press conference, to which she responded that she couldn’t stay where she was being disrespected.
Sheebah stated that she is disliked by certain unsuccessful journalists and that she is aware of this since she stood her ground and refused to be disrespected.
If to like me you will have to first disrespect me then you won’t like me forever. I come with respect and you will return it and if you don’t return it, I am not your chic I am sorry.

The Karma Music Ug CEO added that there are certain young journalists, like Kaye Wisdom, who genuinely appreciate her and won’t criticise her for unimportant things.
