Rapper Navio real name Daniel Lubwama Kigozi has conveyed his gratitude to fellow singer and politician Bobi Wine for attending his concert.
On Saturday (2 September 2023) Navio celebrated 20 years of his music career with a concert dubbed 20 Years of Navio concert at Kampala Sheraton Hotel which registered an amazing turnout.
Navio’s just concluded concert was graced by several country dignitaries, family, and fellow musicians including Martha Mukisa, Lydia Jazmine, Bobi Wine, The Myth, and Afrigo Band’s Joanita Kawalya among others.
Despite not taking on the stage due to the constraints that were imposed on him by the government, Navio was impressed by Bobi Wine’s attendance at his concert.
Taking to Facebook, Navio expressed his gratefulness to Bobi Wine for taking time off his busy work schedule, and honoured his invite to be part of his concert, noting that he was left flabbergasted by the generosity.
If I managed to have my brother smiling that was enough for me! Thanks for gracing my concert, your presence and honouring the invite got me speechless!!

Prior to Navio’s concert, Bobi Wine revealed that he endorsed the former’s concert owing to their long-standing friendship and their two songs together, Badman from Kamwokya and Number One.
