Singer Geosteady has opened up on his past, saying he wouldn’t wish anyone to remind him of what he went through.
Geosteady was initially committed to a rehabilitation center to curb his substance addiction, and many used his unfortunate situation to mock him. Speaking in a media interview, the singer revealed that he was not bothered about people judging him over his past, as he has now worked on becoming a better person.
He wondered why he was being judged, noting that others were going through worse situations than his.
“Everyone is free to judge and say whatever they want. People go through problems all the time, but if someone feels the issues I went through deserve to be talked about forever, then I don’t care.
Now that he is organizing his comeback concert, Geosteady cautioned people, urging them to refrain from dragging him back into his past. He revealed that he had moved on with his life and was now focused on surviving.

“I’m busy packaging my show and giving people a different side of me. Most times when you get through such things, you don’t deserve to be dragged back. I don’t need to be reminded of my past; I have to go forward and improve my life. Whatever they say doesn’t bother me; it doesn’t concern me,” he said.

Geosteady confessed that life struggles forced him to use substances. He, however, denied the allegations that he had gone mad after he failed to control his addiction to ice. He termed the rumours baseless, noting that he would address the issue only in the near future, when he was ready.
“Only I know the truth, and I’m the only one who can explain it. I’m not willing to stand on that stage and get judged with negativity,” he said.
