Singer John Blaq, real name Kasadha John, has opened up about his lowest moments ever since he became famous.
During his sit-down interview with Mr. Henrie, John Blaq looked back at the worst moments in his career when a private video went viral on social media, and everyone speculated that it was him.
The video released years back showed a guy with a striking resemblance to John Blaq. He was also donning black shades, one of the singer’s signature looks, making it hard for the public not to think otherwise.
John Blaq revealed that he was chilling at his home when his friends started sending him the video, seeking to know if he was the one.
“It really traumatized me because I do not do such things. It annoyed me so much. I was home, and people were sending me videos asking if I was the one. What annoyed me most was that the guy was in a terrible background, and everything he was doing was annoying. It pissed me so much, and I would have fought that guy if I found him,” he narrated.
John Blaq revealed his former management was behind the release to tarnish his name as revenge for him walking away from their label.

“When we had just separated, they claimed that they had found me red-handed with my manager’s woman, and when it failed to work, they resorted to that. It was a lot of blackmail, but I’m thankful I got through it. That was my lowest moment ever,” he said.
The two parties settled the matter with the police, and John Blaq later moved on, leaving everything behind.
