Ugandan content creator and Sanyuka TV host Natukunda Hellen Muganga, popularly known as Hellen Menta, is steadily building her personal brand through digital content creation, authenticity and consistency, while setting her sights on reaching one million followers and securing a verified social media account.
Born on February 14, 2002, in Kyengera and raised in Nansana, Hellen has established herself as a media personality working across both traditional television and digital platforms. She currently hosts television programmes on Sanyuka TV from Monday to Saturday, while dedicating her Sundays to creating TikTok content for her growing online audience.
Hellen, who lost both parents and has two brothers, says consistency is one of the most important principles behind her work. She revealed that she strongly dislikes procrastination and makes a deliberate effort to remain consistent, even when she does not feel motivated to create content.
