Leone Island boss Jose Chameleone, real name Joseph Mayanja, has announced that he is officially back to dating again, and he is seeing someone new.
Jose Chameleone made the revelation during his TikTok live broadcast, announcing that he currently has a new woman in his life.
The singer noted that while he was still married, he couldn’t fully enjoy his life as those around him kept reporting everything he did to his now ex-wife and mother of his children, Daniella Atim.
Chameleone confessed that he felt like the situation was always holding him at ransom because they would always monitor his every move. Now that they were separated, he was free to fully enjoy his life without hiding it.
“When I was still married, people kept threatening me that they would report me to Maama Abba all the time. I’m glad I survived such tension. They always held me at ransom then but now they do not have anywhere to report me. I’m dating. I’m officially enjoying my life. It is not a bad thing, especially for a well-functioning man like me. I’m seeing someone and I cannot deny it,” he said.
Jose Chameleone hailed his ex-wife, Daniella, for giving him a beautiful family and staying with him for 16 years despite the harsh conditions he went through as an artist.
He, however, revealed it was time for him to move on with his life, and at the age of 48, he was still fit to date.
