Dancehall singer Fik Gaza has explained that he recently stepped away from public fights and feuds, citing the desire to focus on productive issues only.
Fik Gaza, real name Shafik Jjingo, while speaking to Sanyuka TV, revealed that he was choosing to stay away from drama after realizing that it didn’t pay. At this point in his life, the singer confessed that he would only get into things that add to his income.
“I realized that chaos and drdon’tsn’t pay. At this point in my life, I’m focused on doing things that bring me money. In case the fights are also rewarding, I will go for them,” he said.
Some time last year, Fik Gaza was at loggerheads with Pallaso, whom he accused of disrespecting him during one of their performances. The disagreement escalated online, sparking a heated rivalry and tension between them.
He, however, surprised everyone after he came out to publicly apologize to Pallaso, putting an end to their months-long heated beef, maintaining that they had put the past behind them.
“It is not true. I do not have a problem with him, unless he is the one with the issue. He forgave me and I forgave him too. Life is short and no one will go with anything to their grave. For anyone out there not talking to their friend because of the disagreement they had should know that it is not right. Make sure you make amends before you die because you will leave all this behind,” he said.

He, however, revealed that he wouldn’t ignore anyone who directly attacked him, promising to retaliate with disrespect.
