Singer and songwriter Sama Sojah, real name Kizito Ivan Tony, has addressed the ongoing conversation about witchcraft in the music industry, giving his own strange experience.
Sama Sojah made the confession during his recent interview, noting that just as his career had taken shape, things started falling apart because of what he believed to have been witchcraft.
The singer revealed that on several occasions, two strange animals were mysteriously found at his home. Describing them, Sama Sojah explained that they looked like aquatic animals, more like snakes but with legs.
He believed that a fellow musician was behind the strange occurrences because of what he had achieved and how far he had gone with his music career. At one point, he had to leave his old residence with his small family for a new place out of fear.
“It is an aquatic thing. It looks like a snake. It has legs. They have so far sent me two of these and they come to my home. Never play with musicians. Do not joke with them. I have all these things on video. God just helped me when I saw them first. That is why I left my home. I stay home with my wife and daughter but just them sending these things to me means they do not care,” he said.

Sama Sojah further made it known that he cut off communication and dealings with certain people.
“I now just look at these artists and I thank God that I’m even alive until this day. People do not joke out there. They even came to my dreams and warned me never to step back there. It was a serious warning but I was dead asleep,” he said.

The singer is not the first artist to confess to having experienced witchcraft from fellow artists. Artists like Grace Nakimera, Pinky, Pretty Banks, Aroma, among others, have been vocal about their experiences of the darker side of the industry.
