Renowned girl duo Kataleya and Kandle have opened up about why they parted ways with their former management, Ray Pan, saying that it was time to move on.
The duo officially announced earlier this year that they had ended their working relationship. During a recent interview, they opened up about the split but could not point to any particular reason behind their decision to part ways.
They claimed that they had grown and felt like they would try a new challenge, maintaining that they had no problem with Ray Pan.
“No one is still working with their first employers. And the job you are doing right now is not your last. In life, people elevate and things change. We change and grow. Things happen and life moves on. I think anyone is free to work with the person they want. There is no law tying you to one person,” they said.
Kataleya and Kandle have not yet signed under any new management, but have revealed they are currently working with a big team around them to actualize their musical ambitions.

Ray Pan, on the other hand, in a previous interview, revealed that he was walking away from artist management to focus on his new restaurant. He claimed that he had spent most of his hard-earned money investing in artists who had zero Returns.
