Congratulations are in order for media personality Mbabazi Mulera, alias Bina Babie, following a promotion at Radio 4 Uganda.
The Ntinda-based radio station, through its social media handles, announced that Bina Babie, who was previously a presenter, was appointed the new Programs Director.
“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Robina Mbabazi (Bina Babie) as the new Programs Director (PD) of Radio 4 Uganda, with immediate effect.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Mbabazi on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to her leadership in driving our programming vision to greater heights,” the station posted.
Bina Babie joined the station last year for the Mid-Morning show, and her promotion comes as a celebration of her exceptional radio talent, which has been evident for the years she has been on air.

Before joining Radio 4, Bina Babie worked at Dembe FM on the ‘Mubeezi’ mid-morning show for more than two decades and had developed a special attachment to her listeners and fans.
A program director oversees a station’s entire content, from selecting music and talk shows to managing on-air talent and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
