    Woman pleads for Government protection over missing friend Marian Faidah Kayongo

    Jocelyn Muhanga has fears for her life after the disappearance of a close friend Marian Faidah Kayongo who had been accused of practicing witchcraft that led to the alleged death of her paternal aunt

    Life remains an intriguing component of humanity. Out of generosity, could spill curiosity and a ploy to your own problems, and eventual down-fall.

    Two years ago, a one Jocelyn Muhanga helped to accommodate a close friend Marian Faidah Kayongo and her two children.

    Kayongo had been rescued from an angry over witchcraft allegations.

    She was rescued by the Police in Bwaise – Kawempe, a suburb of the capital city, Kampala.

    Kayongo had been allegedly accused of bewitching her paternal aunt, Mrs. Madina Nassimbwa which led to her eventual death.

    Upon being rescued, Kayongo and the two children were housed by Muhanga before she mysteriously disappeared, allegedly in the diaspora.

    It is believed that Kayongo disappeared for fear of her life after she was being repeatedly accused by the people, including her very own relatives for the mysterious death of Nassimbwa

    Todate, her whereabouts remain a mystery as the bold search continues.

    Consequently, Muhanga is repeatedly asked about the location of Kayongo.

    “I seek for Government protection” Muhanga pleads.

    “My task was humble, to help someone against being lynched and killed” she adds.

    It remains to be envisaged how the case will unfold particularly as regards the safety of Muhanga.
