Veteran musician Halimah Namakula has credited her children for giving her a comfortable life by financing her lavish lifestyle and cravings.
At 65, Halima Namakula is envied owing to her young looks. She attributes this to her children’s ability to care for and support her financially.
Halima heaped praise midway through her press conference ahead of her Serena concert on 26th July. She highlighted that she enjoys her life because her children work hard for her. She doesn’t struggle for money because they give her whatever she wants in life without having to ask.
“I’m enjoying my life because I’m a mother. I do not struggle anymore; I let my children work for me. I just tell them what I want, and they give it to me; even when I wish to sleep with Serena, they will pay for it. Whatever I need, they told me I shouldn’t hesitate to tell them,” she said.
Among the many benefits Halima Namakula enjoys as a mother is a fully paid yearly air ticket to any country of her choice, courtesy of her children.
“I want to thank my children for loving me so much and saving that ticket. I have been using the ticket for the last five years. I encourage every woman who can to give birth,” she said.

She specifically credited Rema Namakula and Rachel K, born Rachel Kiwanuka, with funding her outfits and maintaining her young look.
