It’s not over till It’s over. Ms Kilooto, the ex to Deus Ndugwa alias Grenade has filed new cases against the singer.
Ms Kilooto and her lawyers on Wednesday stormed Kajansi police station, adding “Theft” and “Malicious Damage” to the “Criminal Trespass and Threatening Violence” case file.
The pristine cases stemmed from Grenade making away with his ex’s Apple watch worth USD 500. When Grenade was urged to return the pricey watch, he turned a deaf ear to Ms Kilooto’s outcry.
The singer is further indicted for damaging his ex-girlfriend’s costly iPhone Pro Max 13, to an extent that it cannot be used anymore.
Additionally, Ms Kilooto through her lawyers has ordered the “Nkuloga” star to retract his latest song dubbed Kiwulire from all his social media handles.
Ms Kilooto explains that Grenade’s song was indirectly dedicated to her, something she believes is unethical.
Kilooto issued an ultimatum of seven days, for Grenade to delete the song and should not perform it anywhere.
The legal team threatened to add a “Defamation” case on Grenade’s case file, failure of the singer to comply as directed.
