Two men on Friday suffocated and died in an underground water tank in Entebbe. The duo including the site engineer Obbo Dennis 30 and Richard Habyarimana 17 died in an underground water tank at 2pm at a storied mansion owned by a nursery and primary school director Henry Obiru in Katabi Busambaga Village.
The deceased died at a site under construction while one lucky Francis cheated death after he narrowly survived. The police fire brigade rushed to the scene and rescued him from the water tank. The men met their death after failing to jump out from the water tank. The deceased jumped into the underground water tank to remove timber that would be used during construction.
