Christine Akiiki here, I have come on the issue concerning Sozzo property. Dec last year I thought of buying a plot for myself, it’s not that I had cash at hand but I knew I would afford, one of the people I looked at was Sozzo property basing on their adverts. Didn’t know they advertise different things and do different things.
I called and asked if I need a 50ft50 plot how much would it cost in a good area.
They told me 6M but if I delay it won’t be no more ,they told me balina even these of 1M 500k . I said okay I will come over and check. They said if u need a good plot make a deposit, I had fear but also I said let me deposit little. I sent them 100k ,they told me it’s recieved ,sent 200k next week gave me a reciept which gave me more trust . They told me i can get a good plot in Kiyunga but I should at least make 500k following week I sent it , I told them to be patient am coming soon . The next two weeks I looked for Money to buy tickets go there check plots myself.16th Jan I was at their office,the Kiyunga plot they had told me it was no more,but they told me they have other good plots and cheaper in Ndese they will take me there the following day which I agreed, when I reached there I liked the area and gave them 500k that day told me to give me 1-2weeks I send bal of 2M ,basing on the size I needed I was supposed to take 3 plots . Ella I left Ug 27th Jan ,3rd Feb I told them am sending bal tomorrow for my plots,they were like okay.
After sending the money I sent my sister I told her pass to that area ,then go to Sozzo ofune agreement then go back to LC to process other documents.
The news she gave me were that the plots are no more. Awo I immediately contacted them all they could do is tossing me around,abcz. Call tomorrow,call after 30mins, get back to me this and that day. She went to office they told her may be we give you in another area, this was going to be the third time they are changing me , I told enough is enough now just refund my money. Unfortunately they told me they can’t just refund the money. I kept trying them out ,as they dodge me,till when one of their worker’s named Mackline told me she dosent know and am not her client because I never gave her commission, when I tried to go deep on commission part she instead blocked me because I never knew about it, contacting the Cashier,he refers me to surveyer, Reaching out on Mr Santos the manager mbu atte talk to Carol she’s the one who received the money 😢😢😢. Till when I became tough on them, they’re telling my sister to go pick 500k , after another period weeks or a month she goes picks another 500k till when 3M gets finished. A big Sozzo company,in their office they receive money in every minute how do they fail to pay back the money they recieved .
