President Yoweri Museveni and commander-In-Chief of the armed forces last week bumped into his former Presidential opponent Paul Kawanga Semogerere. The big man couldn’t believe his eyes after he met his former 1996 fierce presidential opponent at the Elders Forum conference that was organized at Resort Beach Entebbe to discuss the elder’s role in next year’s boiling Presidential elections. The staunch Democratic Party Man reminded the big man how he nearly gave him a bloody nose in the 1996 presidential campaigns. The aging former Democratic Party president quit active politics and has been benching for all these years.
