President Museveni commissioned 2013/14 intake Officer Cadets at Uganda Military Academy Kabamba in Mubende.
Officer cadets from Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and Somalia had been training for one year at the academy.
Cadets are schooled to maintain the highest level of combat efficiency and morale within their units.
The training aims at producing junior military leaders who are robust courageous, honorable, patriotic, politically conscious & informed.
