An 80 year old woman is battling in court with a crafty man plotting to grab her land located on Entebbe Road. Namutebi Agnes, a resident of Namulanda Zone is battling with a one Wasswa Josephat a resident of the same area over her land where he has illegally developed and erected a four bedroom house. The land under controversy is located a few meters off Lutembe Beach road. The cunning man started with a single room and later added more extra rooms on the old woman’s land without her authority. The woman reported the matter to the local authorities after the poor man hijacked and refused to vacate the land. The suspected man was on Monday paraded and quizzed before the Entebbe court grade one magistrate Julian Kimono over the dirty deal. The old woman is fighting tooth and nail to bounce-off the foxy fella from illegally grabbing her land in a fish way.
